Equine Youth Riding

Participants in Life Adventure Center’s Youth riding programs learn about horse care and hunt-seat riding in a supportive, educational environment. In addition to teaching riding skills, the equine staff utilizes horses as a tool to teach and enhance important life skills and promote positive character traits.
During each 2-hour session, participants groom and tack up their horses and ride in a hunt-seat group lesson. If time allows, students also participate in natural horsemanship groundwork activities.
